These terms apply to your use of NutriFlow at joinnutriflow.com. NutriFlow provides AI-generated personalized meal plans. Questions, support and purchase issues can be sent to redabrewer@gmail.com.

The service

NutriFlow calculates estimated calorie and macro targets from your inputs and uses AI to create meal suggestions. Starter includes a 7-day plan; Pro includes a 14-day plan and weekly shopping lists; Premium includes a 4-week plan, shopping lists, eight recipes and a personal success guide. Consult the package description displayed at purchase for the included features.

Eligibility and your information

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Provide accurate information and only submit your own details, or information you are authorized to provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how the plan builder processes information.

Nutrition and AI limitations

Plans provide general nutrition information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI output and nutrition estimates can contain errors. Results, weight changes and fitness outcomes are not guaranteed. Review ingredient quantities and nutrition information before use. Always check labels and preparation methods for allergens and cross-contamination; an AI plan cannot guarantee allergy safety. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before dietary changes if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, food allergy or eating disorder.

Prices and payments

Advertised package prices are €7.99 for Starter, €14.99 for Pro and €29.99 for Premium. Packages are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Where checkout is available, check its currency, total and any applicable taxes before paying. The payment provider and any additional purchase terms are identified at checkout. Do not pay if the package or amount differs from what you intended to buy; contact support first.

Digital delivery

The current plan builder displays generated sections in your browser. Generation time varies with service availability, and a section may need to be retried. Use Save as PDF to print or save your plan. There is no physical shipment. The current builder does not provide a saved-plan account, so keep your own copy before leaving the page. Any purchase-specific access instructions should be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Problems, cancellations and refunds

If you are charged but cannot access or generate the purchased plan, or receive the wrong package, contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not include full card details or unnecessary health information. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include restoring access, correcting the delivery or a refund where due. Other cancellation and refund requests are considered under the applicable checkout terms and consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights.

Acceptable use and your plan

You may use your generated plan for your personal purposes. Do not misuse the service, disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content. Do not present AI-generated guidance as a professional medical assessment. NutriFlow branding and website materials remain with their respective owners.

Availability and responsibility

We may update the service or interrupt it for maintenance and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. You are responsible for checking whether suggestions suit your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
